Donate by mail

Please make checks payable to MPN Research Foundation and mail, along with instructions regarding your gift designation, to the address listed below.

Mailed donations will receive a mailed acknowledgement if they are over $250 (IRS requirement). 

Contributions sent via United States Postal Service may take longer to arrive. If you have an email on file, you should receive an automated receipt once your check is processed. If your email is not on file, you will only receive a mailed receipt if your donation is above $250. 

Donate by phone

To make a credit card or automated clearinghouse (ACH) payment by phone, call the Development Office at 312-683-7226. Please have your account information and daytime telephone number ready.
