The simplest way to make a credit card gift is to use our online giving form. However, if you prefer, you can make a credit card gift through the mail. To do so, please send your credit card number, expiration date, daytime telephone number, and instructions regarding your gift designation to:

To make a credit card gift by phone, call the Development Office at 312-683-7249. Please have your credit card number, expiration date, and daytime telephone number ready.
