Help move our FoundationForward

Each May, we honor our Founder, Bob Rosen’s birthday, life and legacy with a campaign to support the ground-breaking research needed for those affected by myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).

When Bob was diagnosed with polycythemia vera (PV) in 1997, he was shocked to discover how little was known about this and other related ‘blood disorders’ known as MPNs, so he founded MPN Research Foundation. Nearly 25 years later, MPNs are among the hottest areas of research in hematology and oncology — thanks to leading researchers in the field, many of whom were MPNRF’s earliest grant recipients.

Your support matters! This year, Bob’s family and friends have come together with a generous offer to MATCH up to $35,000 of the donations made during May.
Donate below to help maximize this matching gift and meet our $100,000 goal.

Over the past two decades, progress in the area of MPN research grew from slow and steady to warp speed ahead. Some of the research the MPN Research Foundation funded in basic biology labs has already changed the prognosis for people living with essential thrombocythemia, polycythemia vera, and myelofibrosis. So the impact of our research dollars spans the path from the lab to the clinic – always with the goal of improving the lives of patients.
